You have 20 days from when you receive your package to start an exchange. Please email info@dolevprints.com with your order number to start the exchange process. Once the package is received, we will process the return, and you will be notified via email with your credit code.
Please note return shipping is at the buyers expense.
Shipping will not be refunded from your original order.
Items must be in the original condition with all the packaging intact as it was received.
If your items have gotten damaged during shipping please send photos to info@dolevprints.com along with your order number within 20 days so we can process a replacement.
